Team Entrepreneurship Life

Each Team Entrepreneur (TE) becomes part of a Team Company comprising up to 20 TE’s. Over three years, you will immerse yourself in real-world company dynamics, where each company is owned and operated by its members, supported by a dedicated Team Coach. 
Through a blend of theory and practice, you will refine your Self Leadership skills, honing your ability to collaborate and lead effectively. Emphasizing Learning by Doing and Learning from Others, our Team Academy Competency Framework will empower you to enhance your entrepreneurial skills over the program’s three years. By graduation, you will possess deep self-awareness and a strong entrepreneurial foundation for success.

Life beyond TE

When you graduate your LinkedIn profile will showcase your BA (Hons) Business (Team Entrepreneurship) and three years of work and life experience acquired on a course that is specifically designed with you and your future working life in mind.   
You will graduate with diverse and exciting career options, equipped for forming (or continuing) your own start-ups, working within small to medium sized enterprises or working within large organisations. Our graduates have gone on to work in various sectors like management, consultancy, education, finance, marketing, technology, and design – just to name a few!
